Based in Liverpool, Emily heads up our Northern outpost. A specialist in kids, youth, and family research, she knows how to make kids feel seen and heard.

Chris is a thoughtful researcher whose considered approach and careful analysis is revered by colleagues and clients. He is the very nicest of people to know.

Part of our 2022 graduate intake, Emily is a conscientious and consistently creative researcher who provides steadfast support. Having competed on the international volleyball court, her competitive spirit should not be underestimated.

Aimee’s powers of observation, combined with her strong analytical skills, make her an excellent researcher. She is very knowledgeable about entomophagy.

Natalie is hard working and a dynamo of good ideas and social energy. She is kind to all humans,  animals and vegetation. The designated office plant whisperer, she has plans for an office vegetable garden to nourish us all

Mona is fascinated by the nuances of human behaviour. A calm presence and quick strategic thinker, she has the speed and stamina to keep pace with anyone – also helped by her ability to run long distances

Adess is calm, organised, and precise, with a very infectious laugh. She is the team member we’d like with us in the scenario where we defuse a bomb atop of Everest. Her actual rock-climbing skills would be a bonus. 

An expert in the shopper experience, Ramona excels at customer service. Her quiet determination and attention to detail add immeasurable value.

Sakina impresses clients and teammates with her efficiency, sharp intelligence, and easy-going manner.  A bright star with a beaming smile, she is our living positivity boost.  Her skill set and character is such that she would be excellent as part of an international peace mission but could also very well be a finalist in Bake Off. Probably at the same time

Anushri’s background in Anthropology combines with her innate curiosity and thoughtfulness to produce a formidable and sensitive researcher. From her rich exploration into humankind and adventurous trips to new lands, she mines entertaining anecdotes and fun factoids to share at dinnertime
